Occassionally, we do travel to foodshows and since we are a family owned company we have 2 options for you to consider, besides coming to see us at that foodshow. (which we would love)  1 - you may go ahead and place your order, taking note of the days we are scheduled to be away and then consider your order won't be shipped out until after the foodshow or 2 - you may wait until the show is over and come back to place your order.  It's up to you really.
